This academy had over 500 learners of which 81 are in Grade 12
The academy Governing Body says it’s been asking for the academy to be rebuilt.

The original community is still shocked about the violent kick.

“ This is veritably bad, it was the first time seeing commodity like this as SGB members, as well as parents. it does n’t sit well with us knowing we no longer have a academy, ” says Nosizile Nogqana, SGB Chairperson.

“ The academy was in an shocking condition because we were having engagements with the department to have it fixed. preceptors and learners were always getting injured by the rustic bottom. We were still staying for the academy to be rebuilt, ” says Novangeli Mbasa, SGB member.

prophet for the Eastern Cape education department, Malibongwe Mtima says they’re engaging the community to find results.

“ We ’ve held a series of meetings that have been held with the community members and ethnical authority and they the parents to collude a way out. We’re anticipating a report from the quarter. The meeting will give us recommendations. We want to call upon all those rudiments that were necessary in destroying the academy to refrain from this since it’s reversing the earnings that we had as communities, ” says Mtima.
